Each week between October and May, we harvest the abundance to share with locals. From salad mix to rainbow chard, beetroots, beans, bananas, fennel……
The subscription service works on a 10 week round, (we're 3 weeks into this one) at $300 for the full round.
Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) on which this model is based, requests the customer commits up front for the duration of the round thereby sharing the risk with the grower.
If the customer is going to be away for a week, we request they find a friend to pay it forward to (or we can) as we haven't found a way to pause the veggies growing ;)
We send out an email each Monday letting customers know what to anticipate picking up on Thursday between midday - 7pm (unfortunately we can't offer delivery)
Usually it's a selection of 7 different types of crops (around 2 -3 kg) wrapped in a large cloth to be returned & reused.
