Everything has a season and ours is about to launch head long into spring. Winter here is mild, however the light of 3/4 is the market garden is limited due to mature eucalypts and turpentines on the northern edge of little world. 3 - 4 hours of direct light a day just doesn’t cut it.

However - we’re in the land of mild climates and lengthening days, perfect for emerging from self imposed hibernation and rest.

We focus a lot on leafy greens - fast, satisfying, textural and not known for their transportation durability. There’s a lot to be said for neighbourhood grown seasonal produce grown on a property you can visit and chat with the grower.
